50 'most used' cell lines

The 50 most used cell lines project aims at optimizing GIPZ/TRIPZ lentiviral transduction for the cell lines most commonly used within the IMB. IMB groups can contribute by providing LISA with an aliquot of their favourite cell line(s) plus information relevant to maintaining and freezing these cells. LISA in turn will provide the optimal combination of viral MOI and concentration of polybrene for a high transduction rate and the lowest concentration of puromycin that will kill all non-transduced cells within 3-4 days.
